Giovanni Antioco Putzu is a Medical Doctor since 1992, with specialization in Paediatric Neurology. He achived his PhD in 1996. During PHD studies, He was a Research Fellow in Hammersmith Hospital of London, UK in 1992, then He moved in Marseille to work at INSERM (Genetics) and in Neurophathology. The Author has published more than 15 papers in the field of Neuromuscular Disorders.

Professor WK Tang was appointed to professor in the Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011. His main research areas are Addictions and Neuropsychiatry in Stroke. Professor Tang has published over 100 papers in renowned journals, and has also contributed to the peer review of 40 journals. He has secured over 20 major competitive research grants. He has served the editorial boards of five scientific journals. He was also a recipient of the Young Researcher Award in 2007, awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He is doing Botulinum Toxin injection in Spasticity, Dystonia and Involuntary Movement disorders over 15 years and done Poster presentations and Oral Presentations in International Neuro Rehabilitation Conferences. He is also involved in using Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) over 10 years and presented regularly in International FES Conferences. He is working on developing Hypertonic Hand Monitoring Scale.

Dr. George Perry is currently the dean of the College of Sciences and professor of biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduation in Zoology from University of California, Santa Barbara, he headed to Scripps Institution of Oceanography and also studied at Hopkins Marine Station of Stanford University and the Marine Biological Laboratory of Woods Hole and obtained his PhD in Marine Biology in 1979. Dr. Perry joined the faculty of Case Western Reserve University in 1995, where he currently holds an adjunct appointment. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, Microscopy Society of America, Royal Society of Medicine, Royal Society of Chemistry, Society of Biology and the Linnean Society and past-president of the American Association of Neuropathologists. He has been elected member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Sciences, Mexican Academy of Sciences and Academy of Sciences Lisbon; Iberoamerican Molecular Biology Organization, Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives and won the Distinguished Professional Mentor Award from the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science, Senior Investigator Award from the International College of Geriatric psychoneuropharmacology, Senior Fulbright Fellow and the National Honor Plaque of Panama for exceptional contributions to Neuroscience. Dr. Perry is on Board of the National Organization of Portuguese Americans and serves as Director of Education and Research.

Vahe Poghosyan received his MSc in Mathematics (1997) from Yerevan State University and PhD in Neurophysiology (2000) from National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. He held positions of Research Scientist in RIKEN Brain Science Institute in Japan (2000-2007), and Senior Scientist (2007-2016) and Director of Research Training Program (2011-2016) at AAI Scientific Cultural Services Ltd. in Cyprus. Currently, he is the Head of MEG Laboratory and Consultant Neuronavigation at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, KSA.

Dr Shum is an Associate Professor at University of St Mark & St John, United Kingdom and a Honorary Associate Professor at the Exeter Spinal Unit, Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre, Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, United Kingdom. Dr Gary Shum has completed his PhD in Spine Biomechanics from University of Sydney, Australia. His main research interests are in musculoskeletal and sports biomechanics including inverse dynamics, gait analysis, ultrasound imaging and rehabilitation research.

Ivan Bodis-Wollner, MD, DSc, is a graduate of the University of Vienna, Austria. He was a student in Physiology at Cambridge University, England, and a graduate student at the Department of Machine Intelligence and Perception, Edinburgh University (UK). Internship and neurology residency were both completed at Mt. Sinai Hospital, NY, where he obtained a tenured professorship in Neurology and was Co-Director of the Parkinson Disease and Related Disorders Center. Currently Dr. Bodis-Wollner is Professor of Neurology and Ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate Medical School. In 1995 his basic research in Parkinson's Disease and clinical work gained his clinic at Kings County Hospital designation as a Parkinson's Disease Center of Excellence by the National Parkinson Foundation.
